Do you issue invoices?
Yes, we issue invoices for every completed order and send a link do the invoice by e-mail. If for some reason you do not get an invoice for 7 days from the order – contact us.

What is your support policy?
We offer priority e-mail support for all our paying customers with a valid support and updates subscription. Before you submit a ticket please make sure to read the plugin docs.
To request a support submit a ticket. You need to be logged in to your account, because we validate your subscription every time you request a direct support.
We work from 9 AM to 5 PM, CEST UTC+2, European time. You will get an answer from us within these hours. Click here to check what time it is on our side and compare it to yours.
We usually answer within a few hours, but sometimes it takes longer, i.e. during holidays.
Support for older WooCommerce/WordPress versions
We try to support newest WooCommerce version before they even are live, because we test our plugins with beta releases and make sure they work.
We also test our plugins with 1 or 2 previous versions of WooCommerce and often support it. On every plugin’s page and docs you will find plugin compatibility info. Make sure to check it if you use an older version of WooCommerce.
API Keys and subscriptions
We offer 3 types of subscriptions for updates and support: 1 page, 5 or 25 pages. A API key is required to activate every plugin instance and to receive automatic updates and support.
If you use WordPress Multisite you need to activate each plugin separately for each site in the network. It means for every site you need to have a API key.
Can I buy a plugin and use it on a client’s site?
Of course. But please remember that you are a subscription holder and you will get access to our support – not your client who should contact you for support. Your client will also be able to see the API key in WordPress Dashboard.
We offer updates and support within 1 year from the purchase date. After that you may continue to use our plugins but won’t get updates and our support.
After a year you won’t be able to download the plugins. So if you plan not to renew make sure to download your plugins beforehand.
How to renew a subscription?
When you buy our plugins you will automatically get a subscription. All price options are billed yearly.
You can cancel a subscription with a one-time annual fee at any time. For monthly payments, you can do so after the first full 12 payment cycles and then after each subsequent month.
If you decide to cancel, you can keep using our plugins but you won’t get updates and support, after the subscription expires.
Is it possible to upgrade the subscription plan?
Yes, it is possible to do an upgrade when you’ve paid for the initial order with Stripe (PayPal does not allow upgrading). To do this, log in to My Account and go to Subscriptions. There, you will see an Upgrade or Downgrade button. Click it and you will be taken to the product page, where you should select the new subscription plan and proceed to checkout. You will have to pay just the difference in price between plans.
New API key will be send by email and it will be also available in your account.
